Scheduled estimates are completed usually within a couple days. Completion of the project depends on how much product is being ordered and if it is standard-sized unit(s) or not.

For example, standard sized patio doors (5ft, 6ft and 8ft) are always in stock and can be installed fairly quick.

Windows and entry doors require longer lead times (2-3 weeks) as they are made to order and can require custom measurements.

Installation time depends on how much windows and doors are being installed - however, most installations are completed within the day. We will happily coordinate with our customers if specific instructions are required.

Delivery is free within the GTA. An additional delivery fee may be required if the destination is outside the GTA or exceeds the standard delivery amount.

Each window and door we manufacture is equipped with an Energy Star® label that is legally required. This ensures that the product has been certified to meet with requirements.

Our windows and doors are extruded white. Paint is done through a baking process which ensures the paint is durable throughout its life.

Our warranty covers parts, labor and service. Should any problems arise after installation, we will fix the issue hassle free.
